Have you picked up your membership card and visited all your spots? Check out the details below on how to redeem your card for your free limited edition Windsor Pizza Club tee.

  1. Make sure you have visited all eight (8) locations and had the back of your card stamped at each location.
  2. Grab a picture of your card on your phone.

  4. You will need to provide accurate shipping details to receive your complimentary t-shirt.
  5. Sit back, relax, and wait for your delivery.

Delivery of t-shirts is FREE within Windsor Essex, and once complete you will receive an email confirming your submission, and estimated delivery date. For redemptions outside of Windsor & Essex County, a representative from Tourism Windsor Essex will contact you. A $10 delivery fee for non-residents applies. Limit one card per purchase and a maximum of one (1) complimentary gift per redeemed card and/or person.
