Southwestern Ontario’s largest and oldest Italian club, the Giovanni Caboto Club is the premier facility for special events, celebrations and corporate functions in the Windsor-Essex County region. The Giovanni Caboto Club originally opened in 1925, and moved to its current building in 1950. With the hard work of the Members, the Club was expanded in 1972 and then again in 1986. In 2002, the Main Bar was modified to include a wood fired pizza oven and this move reinvigorated the local pizzeria scene and reinforced Windsor-Essex County’s status as the home of Canada’s Best Pizza.
